Today phase one of my diet-program has ended. From now on there are also so-called “red days” where I can eat pretty much everything.
Best thing, tonight I’m hosting a small bbq, as my birthday is next week. Both, the 18th and the 24th are “red days”. So yes, I can eat birthday cake.
My progress so far: about 5 or 6kilograms of weight loss, and a total of 18 centimeters total diameter loss, on my arms, feet, stomach, chest and so on.
I’m also continuing my daily workout, I think I feel the change slowly. The push-ups aren’t that hard anymore. Great!
