Dresden Night Two

This Blog Post was originally published on the platform "writelier" (formerly "co-writers" and "200wordsaday"). Sadly the blogging platform was discontinued. I downloaded all my blog posts and prepared them to be republish them here.

Yesterday was a really long day. As I have written, we arrived in Dresden at about 3 am in the morning. Went to bed, and woke back up at eight am.

We took a taxi to the "Carolaschlösschen", which is located near a small lake ("Carolasee").

The Carolaschlösschen was also the place where we would meet the others, so we decided that we should eat lunch there.

The meals were really good. I had a steak and Christoph had codfish. After a small dessert, we knew the others wouldn't arrive before 3 pm, so we took the chance to walk through the nearby park.

Sadly the weather was relatively bad: Cold, windy and rainy. As we came back from the short walk, a few of the Cryonics Germany group had already arrived.

In the following hours, we had some great conversations and I was really lucky to see some of the people I knew again. Christoph also was quickly integrated into the conversations even though he didn't know much about the theme in general.

Later, as we drove back to the hotel, I was thinking about a Podcast idea. Cryonics isn't really distributed as a thought in the general mindset, it could be an interesting idea to bring it closer to the people.

Well see.
