Choice

This Blog Post was originally published on the platform "writelier" (formerly "co-writers" and "200wordsaday"). Sadly the blogging platform was discontinued. I downloaded all my blog posts and prepared them to be republish them here.

I justed finished scrolling through Netflix and try to find a movie to watch right now. There are so many movies and TV shows available.

I am constantly facing the problem of having too much to choose from. Also, there are so many books to read out there.

In a world where multiple hours of video material is uploaded on youtube every second (I forgot the exact number that was published a while ago), we have got so many distractions. We can't even decide which distraction to choose to distract us from stuff.

Procrastination is probably at the highest level all around the world. Still, we keep producing more and more content. And people are more and more consuming it.

I don't make an excuse for myself. I'm currently watching a movie I wasn't allowed to watch when I was young. Do I enjoy it? Partly. It is funny but it isn't hitting my expectations.

Should I stop it and watch something other or do something more productive? Probably. Am I in the mood to stop it and do something other? No.

The only thing I am doing is writing my 200 words and see where the movie is going.
