Angry

A close friend has a problem with his shoulder (several times dislocated). They were at the orthopaedist today, who told them there is no real way around doing an operation to keep the shoulder, well, the arm, where it should be.

And I’m angry. Not because the operation is something complicated, or I fear something going wrong if they proceed on doing it. But because they need it in the first place.

They work a job where you need muscle power, a job they fully enjoy after trying out several things in the past. They found something they truly enjoy, and now their body basically says no.

I don’t believe in a god, but if I would, I would by cursing why he put that burden on a close friend.
