I just smoked two cigars with Christoph, my best friend, on the balcony. Before that, I was as, written, at a nearby steak house talking to a couple of friends about all things crypto, finance and things.

Tomorrow, another electrician will show up for an offer on a photovoltaic system for the house I’m living in. I’m wondering what he will tell and offer. But having a 50-year-old roof doesn’t improve things. Interestingly, we have already a few offers on the system, but some electricians already said it doesn’t make sense to mount a system now.

I’m not looking forward to the day when we have to replace the roof, as that will cost at least 200k-400k.
