Self Sabotage Mastery

I think I managed to manoeuvre myself into self sabotage mastery. I wanted to wake up by 6 am (as I intend to do every day), but instead it was way past 8 when I finally crawled out of bed.

I wanted to go to the gym early so I can start working early. I’ll go to the gym anyway, but now later, and my workday will be extended to reach my hours.

Interestingly, I don’t procrastinate if I have an appointment in the morning, for example, I started my paramedic shift on Saturday at 5 am instead of 7 am. I got up without a problem because I knew I had to get up.

Maybe I should get my brother to call me when he gets up. That way, I would be directly accountable to someone.
