On the road

I’ll have to keep today’s post short, as I’m currently waiting for the car to charge about two thirds of the way to my employers’ office.
The oil burner still isn’t doing anything, I disassembled the front panel yesterday to have a more detailed look where the problem lies. From what limited knowledge I have, I noticed that it looks like the burner isn’t getting power, although the Controller seems to be working fine.
I had a look at two fuses I found, but both tested fine with my multimeter. I guess the problem lies deeper. There are multiple Relays I found which control the pumps, and luckily the previous owner had all cables labelled. Depending on when I get back home tomorrow, I’ll probably look into the wiring diagram and see if I can find any measuring points.
For now, the AC will luckily take over and keep the house above freezing temperature easily. Quite a nice investment.
(This was meant to be published yesterday, but sadly, I had a bug on the iPad 🙈)
