Sleep

I think it is time to write about sleep again because something is strange with mine currently. :)

Currently, I try to get to sleep by nine pm. Normally I’m tired enough to fall asleep in a matter of 15 to 20 minutes. The last few days I have also been tired, but my brain keeps telling me stuff I should think about.

“Tomorrow you have to do this, the day after you have to do that”. And as soon as a thought is finished, another one comes around.

Yesterday it took until almost midnight until my brain shut up. Maybe it is time to invest in a meditation book or app.

For today I will take a walk as soon as I come home from work. Nothing large or time-consuming, just one round around the block. I think that should clear my mind enough.
