My draft

So, I’ve got a severe headache going on, today’s words will only be short.

I did a small paramedic shift again in the morning, as this Friday is a public holiday in Austria (“Tag der Arbeit”).

I was cleaning up my apartment again and I finally moved my temporary home office setup from the living room to the actual office in my apartment.

Then I took a quick drive to my parent’s house so my father could cut me some wood I needed for the office.

We proceeded to drive to my grandparents around 120 kilometres away, as something broke at their house. I just came home from that drive and suddenly a headache started to appear.

I even know the cause, I definitely drank to little water today. I will take a shower and hope I can get to sleep soon.
