Rewatching Altered Carbon
Next week the second season of Altered Carbon will be released on Netflix. Since I really enjoyed the first season, I thought I will watch it again as preparation for the second one.
As far as I know, the second one won’t share anything with the first one besides the universe and probably the setting. If you ask me, the first one has a great ending and I can’t wait to see what they have planned for the second one.
Also, I heard that FREUD has finally a release date in March. It is the first Austrian Netflix production. As the name suggests, it is about Sigmund Freud, an Austrian psychologist.
Back to Altered Carbon. I watched the first season when it came out back in the day. Yesterday I watched the first two episodes again. It is a great feeling to know the main things that are going to happen, but I can’t remember every detail.
I’m already curious if I will find some easter eggs in this rewatch. Well, if there are any. And that is probably the main reason to rewatch a series, finding easter eggs and understanding the story even more in detail. Everything that got missing while watching the first time can be found watching it a second time.
I’m rewatching Stargate SG-1 probably for the third or fourth time now, even though I can almost tell you the plot of the whole episode after the first few minutes, I still find new stuff I didn’t know before, or maybe stuff I forgot.
