Sheer Will

So, I was watching Stargate again today. Season 3 Episode 19 to be specific.

SG-1 travels to a planet where two parties are in a religious war. Things happen and Teal’c loses his eyesight.

Since his friends are in danger, he immediately starts to search for his Staff weapon.

Eventually, Teal’c gets his eyesight back. But the sheer will of Teal’c impresses me in every Episode.

No matter what would happen to him, he would always try his best to save the other SG-1 members.

Many people would say losing eyesight would be one of the worst things that could happen to someone. I would agree with that. Back to Teal’c.

Sure, it all is a Television Series and Christopher Judge in only an actor, but he really delivers his role. I always enjoy watching him.

Not only the “Indeed” that he always repeats, but also the sheer will that this character puts out there is just carrying me away every time.

Interestingly “Indeed” was invented by the Actor, as far as I know. That word wasn’t written anywhere but somehow managed to be an integral part of the character later on.

Without it Teal’c wouldn’t be Teal’c and his everlasting will wouldn’t be as deep as it is.
