October Faction

Last week or the week before a coworker recommended “October Faction”. A new Netflix original on Netflix. I took a peek and the series quickly got me hooked.

If I had to describe the show I would take Supernatural and put a little bit Men in Black into it. Well, maybe a little bit more than a little bit.

I am only in the third episode or so, but I am really enjoying it. The show follows a family, just like in Supernatural, who hunt monsters. The whole thing gets more interesting when they’re introducing a Company behind the hunting.

As I wasn’t going into details on other things I’ve written about tv shows or movies, I won’t spoil you on this one either.

The only thing I am going to say is if you watched Supernatural in the past and enjoyed companies like the one in Men in Black, I can definitely recommend it. It also contains a little bit of family drama and teenage romantics.

Definitely a good mix of many genres and well written. I am looking forward to the next Episodes and probably the next season? We will see.
