Intermediate Fastening Update

As I wrote recently, I started intermediate fasting about a week ago. I started with a simple 8/16 schedule and I have to say it was pretty easy for me to stick to it.

I am eating my first meal at about 11:30 a.m. and my last one at about 6 or half-past six.

I use the “Body Fast”-App on my phone to keep track of the fasting times. It has several plans available for free and reminds you that a “fasting” or “eating” timeframe is starting.

It also keeps track of your weight. Since I already own a Fitbit Aria, I step on the scale every morning before shower. Currently, my weight didn’t change, but I didn’t expect that after one week.

So, I am still sitting at 101 kilograms. But I am getting used to the fixed fastening times and I feel like it is good for my body.

On the other side, my sleep got a little bit worse. Maybe it is just the time of the year. At the company I work at is currently a bunch of stuff to do and somehow that sticks in my mind.

At least I will be walking to work tomorrow as my car is still at the garage. So, I am also working on my fitness level by doing so. 10000 steps a day can’t be bad anyway. :)
