Snooze

So, yesterday I was writing about waking up early and intermediate fasting.

The intermediate fasting worked out pretty good. I ate at 11:30 and at 6 o’clock. Until tomorrow 11:30 I won’t be eating anymore.

The waking up early thing didn’t really end well. I went to sleep at about 11 p.m. The alarm clock started to ring (well, the birds started to chirp) and I turned it off.

I turned the alarm on my iPad on and turned over in the bed. I hit snooze a bunch of times. I hate when I do that. The thing is, even when I am going to bed early enough, and wake up relaxed, I am finding myself hitting snooze again and again.

It is definitely something I need to work on. If I had to list my worst traits and weaknesses, this would definitely be it.

So, as every day can be January the first, I will try it again tomorrow. At least I will be going to bed earlier today. Well, at least I will be trying to do so.

Also, it is time to start walking to work again. Not tomorrow, as I have to drive my car to the garage. Maybe I can walk on Thursday and Friday.
