Ode to @twizzle

A few days ago @twizzle left this Platform. @basilesamel received a message from him to delete his posts.

I didn’t notice he was gone right away. On an evening I started to look for his posts, but couldn’t find any. That was when I contacted baz about it.

Everybody is free to do whatever he or she wants to do. That is also true for this platform. You can come and leave anytime.

It is okay for me that @twizzle left, I can’t do anything about it anyway. But it is sad to hear and to know I won’t be reading any more posts from him.

So this post is dedicated to him. I know he probably won’t read it, but for me, it is important to share my appreciation for him.

So, if you’re reading this. Thank you for being here. I can tell from you stories it wasn’t always easy for you to keep your streak up. Thank you for the insights you gave us into your mind and heart.

I don’t know if we ever will be meeting again, but I would hope so.

Even though I know it is probably a little bit too melodramatic, I will leave you with the following lines by Amy Macdonald’s “Down by The Water”:

‘Cause I’ll meet you down by the water, again some day Yes, I’ll meet you down by the water, again some day
