The Last one

Today I was probably the last one in the office I work at. Well, besides the people in Support who are there 24/7 if I remember correctly.

At least in the part of the building “our” office (web dev office :)) is located, I was the last one.

The people from QA (quality assurance) were gone at about 4 p.m. the people in the PM department (product management) about 5 p.m. and my last co-worker said goodbye at two o’clock.

Even though it is Friday I decided to stay long, as I was attending a paramedic training at half-past seven. Since the training ground was on my way home, I thought it would be useful to stop by on the way home and not drive home and later drive back to the place.

And so I did.

I have to admit, it was a strange feeling to know to be the last one. At six o’clock our doors start to lock and it is important to keep your access key by yourself.

But it was also great as I could listen to music as loud as I wanted and more importantly, I could sing along with disturbing anybody.
