John Wick

I just came home from the airfield and thought I should watch John Wick again.

As I was coming home yesterday, I watched the first movie in the series and today I am going to watch the second.

The third movie was just in the cinemas a few months back.

I really like the style of the movies and Keanu Reeves performance as the main character. It shows that not only did he really grow up from Matrix but also that he can deliver a great performance as a character actor.

A few weeks back I watched Constantine, another movie with Keanu Reeves as the main actor. I know Constantine wasn’t received good by the community as Reeves played the character different than the comics suggest. But I have to admit, that I really liked the movie.

Also, I have seen Reeves talk in an interview about the character John Constantine and the fact that he wants to play it again, if and an opportunity arises someday in the future.

But for now, I will enjoy John Wick two, even though I saw it probably five or six times now.

It is just like the Expendables, movies without a great story, but with so much action that the story would get incidental anyway.
