My watch says it is Sunday again. So it is time for a look back at the passing week and a look forward into the new week.

Last Sunday, I set myself to a new Morning Routine. Even though I couldn’t stick every day to it. Well, mainly on Friday morning, because I was at a concert on Thursday. But I think it is okay. Four out of five weekdays isn’t a bad score. Hopefully, I can extend this habit also to weekends.

On Friday we had a large family barbeque at the company’s headquarter, where I work. Still sleepy from the concert I set the goal to walk into the office, so I can drink some stuff at the barbecue without risking my driving license. It worked out quite well. I now know that I need about 30 minutes to arrive at the office. But I think that will change as soon as the main road is construction free. Currently, I have to take a detour through the city.

But 30 minutes isn’t bad. I am already thinking about listening to podcasts on the way. Currently, I’m only listening to them in the gym, but as my schedule is quite tight currently, I’m not as often in the gym as I want to.

Speaking of the gym, I would like to get at least one work out next week in, so I am prepared for the “Business Run” the week after.

Another thing I want to work on in the upcoming week is breakfast. I will start to prepare some Overnight Oats again and will eat them in the morning.

I also need to take the last things from the old Apartment, as my contract ends on Saturday and I want to return the keys on Friday.

It is probably going to be a tight week again, but at least I can look forward to only paying for one Apartment again.
