January Gym Update

I’ve now achieved a 7-week gym streak and after the recent “negative” trainings, I’m finishing up the normal ones this week. Sadly, I won’t be able to get next week as I’ll be in my employers’ office, but I plan to go on Sunday, making one additional visit.

The good thing is, I’ll be on foot from the hotel to the office (about 1.5 kilometres per direction), so I get at least a bunch of steps in.

On the weight side of things, it’s quite impressive what I’ve achieved. At least in my opinion. Including today’s session, I have a total of 166 tons (166539 kilograms) “lifted”.

When I’m back home from Linz, I should have another two or three sessions before my plan will be adjusted by the coaches in the gym. Already looking forward to it. I also plan to ask them about protein intake, as I think my “normal” eating habits are not bringing nearly enough in to keep muscles growing.

Interestingly, the past week, I first time noticed the growth of my upper arms. It’s quite impressive to see such results in such a short time if you ask me. Will be interesting to see how I look after a year.
