Construction negotiation

This post was originally published on golifelog.com.

As you might know, I don’t rent the Apartment I’m living in. It’s mine, well, technically for the next 30 years it is the banks, but theoretically, it is mine. But as a landlord, there are certain things that need to be addressed throughout the year.

One of those things was attending a construction negotiation. A nearby house will undergo some larger restructuring, so I got a mail a few weeks back with the notice of the construction negotiation. Although you’re not obliged to attend those, but it is always interesting to see what things are planned and what the time horizon on those projects is.

So now I know the already present construction site will at least continue for another one and a half years, well, if the local authority (which organizes such negotiations) issues a building certificate. But I don’t see anything preventing that.
