A bad day to write?

This Blog Post was originally published on the platform "writelier" (formerly "co-writers" and "200wordsaday"). Sadly the blogging platform was discontinued. I downloaded all my blog posts and prepared them to be republish them here.

Although I have been writing for more than 390 days, from day to day I find it really hard to think about something meaningful others would enjoy reading.

Today isn't different. I started working just after six and came home almost 12 hours later. My mind is exhausted after such a long day.

No wonder it currently wanders from the shower to the bed. Will that ever change?

I took a look at Baz and Brandon, they have been writing for what seems like forever and every post feels like thought through.

Maybe I should really start writing in the morning. As soon as I collected the newspaper from downstairs (I'm living on the 2nd floor), my mind starts to work. It is the first thing I do in the morning after hitting the button on the coffee machine.

When I come back up, the coffee is almost done and my eyes can finally cope with the fact that they are open now. Not that I have bad sight or something, but after 8 hours of rest everything needs to start.

Maybe I should write before I would go to work?

Anyway, I will check my emails now and then went onto the shower. It was a long day, but was it a bad day to write?

I don't think so, it was just my laziness that kept me from doing my best.
