My brother got a 29:1 Samsung monitor a few months back. He wasn’t quite satisfied with it and asked me if I wanted to have it. I’ve used his monitor a couple of times in the past when I’ve stayed at my parents’ house.

So, now instead of my 32" 4K, I’ve got this monstrosity (34") connected to my MacBook on my work desk. It certainly is a different form factor to the 16:9 I’m used to, but it offers a few different ways to work. I think I’ll have to work several weeks with it to see if it fits me. I’ll keep you updated.
