Yesterday I attended the KISS Concert in the Vienna Cityhall. It was there the last Concert in Austria, as they are on their last tour.

At first, some links. You can find the setlist here and a few pictures I took with my crappy smartphone camera here.

It was such a great experience. They played a heck of a concert. Fireworks, an awesome light show and of course a great performance from them.

Especially the Fireworks where great, I can’t imagine how hot it must have been on the stage. I set about 30 meters in front of the stage and I could feel the heat of the fire and the fireworks.

The crazy thing about it is, it all was indoors. I didn’t think that such a thing would be allowed, but I think it probably wasn’t the first time for the Cityhall to get rocked.

The only sad thing I have to talk about is, I saw them a few years ago and besides a slightly altered setlist, it was the same show.

But that’s a negligible fact, they rocked the place. All age groups where present. Even some parents with their kids. It is fascinating how a band founded in 1973 can rock some many people.

All in all, it was a great experience, and I am a little bit sad I won’t see them again.
